Together with our industry partners in the FAST Automotive Group BV, we’re proud to announce that we’ve developed the innovative Face Protection Shield in a non-profit effort to support not only the healthcare industry, but also all other industries through the COVID-19 crisis.
These shields prevent wearers from unconsciously touching the face and reduce the particle spread from coughing and sneezing. In just two weeks, we developed and produced an injection moulding tool for the shield holder and began producing around 1000 holders a day.
Today we also started laser cutting the shields at our facility.
The very first shield orders will soon be shipped from our Kupron office. We hope they will provide some protection and reassurance for healthcare professionals.
